LOVE YOURSELF
You don’t have to do everything
You don’t have to be a great mother, a great wife
You don’t have to be a great housewife
And a great professional
When your body gets tired
Few people will remember
All the hard work and time
You sacrificed out of devotion
So take time for yourself
Do what you love, go for a walk, go to the park
Start going to the gym, buy yourself some clothes, pamper yourself at the beauty salon, sleep
Take time to read a new book, to learn new skills
Taking care of others is beautiful
But if you don’t take care of yourself
No one will do it for you
We owe ourselves the love and care
We generously give to others
The children will grow up
The husband sometimes leaves
The work will always find a replacement
The house will get dirty again, but you …
You will not have a second chance
