I AM SO LAZY, LAZY, LAZY

I am so lazy, lazy, lazy!

In a world gone crazy!

I just sleep amidst the snow,

And watch dear life flow.

Day and night on this bed,

My restless fancies are fed.

All around the pristine white,

My lethargy just feels so right!

Even the snow is lazy like me.

In the day glistens with glee.

At night when it accumulates,

Unfailingly my lethargy celebrates.

In the lap of frozen nature,

In reverence to its infinite stature,

I languish in this resigned mood,

In the cocoon of this silent wood.

Like the snow, I’m also cool.

Perhaps a bit of an emotional fool.

But we are both benign and kind.

Peace and warmth you’ll find.

I know you all are busy.

But I’m lost in dreams rosy.

I am so lazy, lazy, lazy!

In a world gone crazy!
