‘ADMIRE’
Your beauty is a work of art,
Your pretty smile made me react,
I fell for you from the start,
To you, I’ve lost my heart,
I swear this is no act,
It is simply the fact.
There’s nothing I wouldn’t do,
To prove that I love you,
You made my sky blue,
Your laughter makes my life new,
You made my dreams come true.
I’ve traveled through rivers and streams,
To find the woman of my dreams,
But I return with hurtful screams,
For my soul couldn’t find the perfect cream.
My light grew dimmer,
My chances became slimmer.
Until you came my way,
It was truly a beautiful day,
My long search had come to pay,
When you smiled at everything I say,
From the moment I said “hey”,
I knew you wouldn’t say “nay,
And I promise to love you every day.
