Good evening and welcome to Sumba Room of the Borobudur Hotel for the Dinner Reception of the “Initial Planning Conference for Multilateral Exercise Komodo 2015”.

The first agenda for this evening, the welcome speech by  Assistant Chief of the Indonesian Navy for Operations continued by tossing of wine to open this dinner reception officially.

Distinguished delegates, Ladies and Gentlemen,

We kindly invite you to enjoy the meal just being served. This evening the keyboard player and the singers would like to present the special music and song to accompany your dinner reception

Distinguished delegates, Ladies and Gentlemen,

On this beautiful evening, Admiral … would like to give mementos to all foreign delegations as his appreciation for their presence at the dinner reception. We would like to invite Singapore Defence Attache to receive the memento.

Next, Malaysia Defence Attache,… etc.

And the last is Brunei Defence Attache.

To conclude the dinner reception, we would like to invite you all to sing together with the singers. The name of the song is “Vission”. You may take the paper with the lyrics of the songs on your tables to help you to sing.
